We Filipinos were known to be religious regardless of any denomination of religion Observing the different religious and mass gatherings in the Philippinese, the conviction of one’s devotee were been seen and felt. During this hard times, trials and stuggles have been squeezed us in different aspects of life most specifically the spiritual aspect. But nonetheless, our faith was put to test and challenged. The churches filled with oozing population of devotees and church-goers are now not being seen because of tight protocols and restrictions.
As a Born Again Christian, I saw how my Fellow citizens celebrate and observe lent season. I felt how their faith prevail amidst any problems and struggles pass along their way. I respect how their beliefs strengthen their relationship to God regardless of differences of religious denomination. I’m really astonished of Roman Catholic commemorate this Holy season despite of pandemic.
