‭Bayanihan’ of Filipinos able to withstand the effect of the New Normal Lifestyle

‭It was a devastating and frustrating moment when most of our kababayans left hanging in terms of employment, livelihood and how they can sustain their needs on a daily basis. It is hard especially that we have differences in terms of life statuses or  was clustered of privileged and the underprivileged. Months of suffering and still counting, we are hoping for COVID-FREE Christmas. Great changes was experienced in terms of education and work setting. Work from home and online classes becomes a norm for each Filipinos. Some would say for our safety, some would say ‘it’s hard to cope up on this trend’, on what we call the New Normal. But it’s the reality, in which we should be used to it and accept it that wearing face mask is normal nowadays. Many lost their job, ‬

‭The Bayanihan of Filipinos became the hope for the people to unleash and fight the poverty. It was like a burning torch that became the light for the people who was in their dark days to keep fighting and crash negativity. By Spreading helping hands to those people who can’t afford to sustain their daily needs. Extending the blessing to the less fortunate by giving cash assistance, relief goods and health assistance. Showbiz personalities, youtubers, politicians, and the ones who helped to uplift the life of our kababayans is a representation of bayanihan spirit. One of our characteristic as a Filipino is being resilient in every struggles and challenges we faced, however not all of us have the same opportunity to remain on pace and strong, amidst of pandemic. We can’t do it alone just why we need people who has a compassionate heart to help us fight in our life. We should be grateful to those people who shares their blesssing. We need more of assistance not just from them but also for our government. Especially to the ones who lost their job because of this pandemic. ‬

‭I hope this time of pandemic will be a realization for us to be grateful on everything that we have, regardless of how small or big it is. Contentment is really crucial in this time of trials and challenges. Bayanihan spirit is really a big part of us Filipinos, that even life is hard and unfair we still get to smile and be positive. We our united through helping each other tangibly or intangibly. Once this pandemic will end, our gratitude on our faces will be uplifted to the people who never forgets to spread love and positivity. Whatever challenges we faced, we can withstand all of that because of our fighting spirit and generosity. ‬
